We are TEN31. We Make Pretend.
TEN31 began on the banks of The Providence River in Fall 2001 when founders Eric Auger and Joe Pari performed as The Gargoyles, TEN31's first Living Art Performance, at the acclaimed art installation Waterfire. Powerful crowd reactions sparked a "eureka" moment for Eric and Joe — and they discovered at that very moment that people are truly moved when art is brought to life through emotional and inspiring performances. TEN31 has since brought to life its vast collection of Living Art Performances for prestigious events around the world. Like the Living Art Performances they create, TEN31 continues to grow and transform itself, driven by that simple and powerful idea born over twenty years ago. |

La Belle de Steampunk by Steer Films
TEN31 explores Steampunk — the sci-fi meets industrial esthetic. Gaining popularity in recent years, this subgenre of science fiction is infused with a vast range of inspirations. Drawn from the industrial designs of 19th-century steam-powered machinery, steampunk provides many opportunities to investigate, and with the TEN31 Steampunk Collection, each piece, character, and Living Art Performance presents limitless discoveries for all to experience. Enjoy the fantasy of the past, revel in nostalgia, and frolic in a playground of adventure, spectacle, and escapism that is the TEN31 Steampunk Living Art Collection. |
