MDC curates a community space for classes, workshops, and performances where we encourage movers
​to apply mindful body awareness to the development of their craft.

All bodies and experience levels are welcome.  Whether you are a working dance professional or someone who just wants to try something new - class is for everyone!​

Adult classes are open to movers of all levels ages 16+
