As an experienced teacher and performer, Inara teaches adult beginner belly dance classes designed to give students ample individual attention that ensures moves are done correctly. Classes include a warm-up, hands-on instruction on isolations and basic dance steps, an aerobic section where we “put it all together,” and ends with a cool-down period. Throughout it all you will learn correct posture, alignment and grace. And most important…you’ll have fun! Stay tuned for info when we resume classes. Adults Ages 18+ |
