Description: 
Take class with the Company - Virtually! Lead by Company Director Alicia Wilder, class will rotate biweekly between Jazz and Contemporary. Join us as we strengthen our technique, and find joy in moving together. Class is designed for intermediate level dancers, but all are welcome to join.

Strength & Conditioning
Description: 
In this virtual group class, we will expand, strengthen, and refine your body's movement capabilities based on your individual goals. Each class incorporates mindfulness practices, strength and agility drills, resistance and weight training, and careful attention to alignment and posture, all of which also promote cardio endurance and enhanced quality of life.
No props necessary; however, you may choose to tailor your workout with a resistance band, yoga block, and/or tennis ball.

Class by the River

Description: 
Join MDC & Friends for a class series by the river! This outdoor class will allow us to social distance, but masks are still required unless there can be 14ft between each dancer.  Each week will feature different local dance artists, in various styles.  For more information about each week's schedule email alicia@wemakepretend.com

Mindful Vinyasa 

Description: 
Learn to connect breath with movement in this Mindful Vinyasa class geared to students of all levels. Through a series of flowing and balancing postures, Lynette's class will challenge you to stay focused and become in tune with your mind and body, while building strength and increasing flexibility
