Midday Flow: Yoga with Lea
Class begins with a seated meditation and continues with variations on sun and moon salutations as well as standing, balancing and seated asanas (postures). Class may be themed by: part of the body, yogic teachings and philosophies, chakras, and peak postures. Class ends with constructive rest and meditation. ALL levels of you experience welcome! Please bring your own mat and other yoga prop
Midday Plié: Barre with Lea
Barre class begins with core activation and integration on the floor or on yoga mats. Class continues with a variety of ballet inspired exercises at the barre: strengthening & conditioning the legs, glutes and upper back. Class may incorporate some cardiovascular work as well as arm strengthening exercises. Please bring a yoga mat & hand towel.
